While we strive to build the best products with durability and longevity in mind, life happens and things break. Our no-fine-print Lifetime Warranty is such that if you own an authentic B&T product and it breaks or you break it, we’ll repair or replace it. We simply want to verify it is an authentic B&T product and know how it breaks so we can improve our products.

If you or someone else disassembles, loses or breaks any parts in an attempt to disassemble/reassemble a B&T product, you are doing so at your own risk and liability, voiding the product’s Lifetime Warranty.

To begin the process for a repair:

  1. Fill out our Contact Us page
  2. Under, “What is this regarding?” select “Repair and Warranty”
  3. Due to the high volume of counterfeit “atlas” bipods that break, we require a photograph of your bipod that shows the base and leg hardware for authentication OR the B&T order number reflecting purchase of the item directly from us
  4. Under, “Questions, Comments, Concerns, Feedback, Suggestions or Other,” describe the usage and circumstance under which the B&T product failed

Once submitted, we will respond within 1-5 business days with a solution or RMA information for repairs or adjustments needed.
