The BT45 is ready to install. The uniquely dimensioned nuts will fit into the two factory holes that are used to attach the factory Sling Stud bracket without disassembly, and provide a solid solution to getting a rail on this rifle platform. We suggest using a Loctite 243 when installing the BT45. Machined to Picatinny rail standards from 6061-T6 aluminum with Mil-Spec Type III Class 2 finish with 4041 Alloy steel fasteners having a Manganese Phosphate finish.

WHILE WE REFERENCED WHAT WE BELIEVE TO BE A BONIFIED, FACTORY SAVAGE 110BA SLING STUD BRACKET HOLE SPACING, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONFIRM THE CENTER-TO-CENTER HOLE SPACING DIMENSION OF 0.506″ ON YOUR SAVAGE 110BA TO INSURE PROPER FIT OF THE BT45.
